Analysis and project management support for the Visa Click to Pay implementation across multiple CEE banks, coordinating between Visa and issuing banks - Five Crafts served as the operational bridge between the scheme and the individual bank programmes, keeping delivery timelines aligned across all workstreams.

For Devizová burza a.s., we delivered the architecture, analysis, and project leadership for a new core and transaction system, including its connection to CERTIS. We designed the target architecture, prepared a risk-benefit and TCO analysis, and led the RfP for vendor selection. As the client's delivery partner, we also advised on payments, ISO 20022 and liquidity management, and coordinated the implementation teams through to go-live.

Five Crafts has been a long-term partner of TrackDesk in the areas of compliance and security. Years of collaboration on setting up processes, creating documentation, and implementing technical measures culminated in the client's ISO 27001 certification, a process through which we guided them smoothly.
We first engaged Five Crafts for Trinity Gold Card, our premium card programme on the Visa scheme. They were responsible for solution design, card process modelling, and architecture.
Based on that positive experience, we expanded our work with Five Crafts into other areas – from risk and compliance consulting and information security project management to crisis management. When a key delivery manager in our Customer Service stream unexpectedly left, Five Crafts stepped in on short notice, took over the role, and kept the delivery moving.
We selected Five Crafts to assess our regulatory readiness and help us design an intra-group IT outsourcing model in the context of DORA and NIS2. They carried out a detailed gap analysis, reviewed the proposed outsourcing setup, and helped define the target governance model, responsibilities, contractual framework, and key regulatory obligations.
The result was a clear implementation roadmap with defined milestones, risks, and decision points, giving us a practical path towards a compliant and sustainable operating model. We continue to work with Five Crafts on an ongoing consulting basis.
